What's New in Version 2.0?

The first version update of our first software solution is here with important updates!

Required Ethics Reflections: 

As per SAICA Circular 02/2021, an update was made to the SAICA CPD Policy which requires all CA(SA)s to reflect on the 3 Ethics competencies as per the Post-Qualification Competency Framework for all Reflective Plans from 1 April 2021

The 3 relevant competencies are: Personal Ethics, Business Ethics and Professional Ethics.

Our Version 2.0 update of the Reflective Plan Toolkit™ automatically includes these 3 required competencies in the Reflection Phase for each of our users – ready to simply click and reflect. 

Progress on these 3 specific reflections is also incorporated into each user’s Dashboard for easy tracking. Users can access these 3 required Reflections clicking on the “My Reflections” button from their Dashboard.

SAICA CPD Events Added As Activities: 

Our Version 2.0 update of the Reflective Plan Toolkit™ includes all of SAICA’s upcoming CPD-relevant activities for 2021 such as webcasts, courses and seminars directly in the Toolkit – with the competencies already assigned.

Users can access these SAICA CPD activities by clicking on the “Affiliate Activities” button  from their Dashboard and book them directly for the year. These activities will then show up in your CA Calendar in the Toolkit and we will send you automatic email reminders as they are upcoming – as well as once completed to remind you to reflect.
