Are you associated with SAICA?
No, myCAhub™ is not associated with SAICA in any form or manner.
Is my information safe?
We do not collect any extraneous personal information and take the utmost caution to protect your personal information that we do record.
We use Payfast as a payment processor and do not process or retain any of your payment information.
All personal and Reflective Plan information is protected by SSL and a firewall. Information is backed up daily to minimise the data that could be lost in any unforeseen events.
All users of the Toolkit and the Widget have Two-Factor Authentication automatically enabled – a verification code is sent to the user’s email to confirm login.
We will never sell your personal information to third-parties for marketing purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for more information.
What if I need to pause midway through the Toolkit and come back?
That’s perfectly fine – the Reflective Plan Toolkit™ has an internal autosave feature built-in – you can leave and resume your progress at any time.
What if I get stuck or have a question whilst using the Toolkit?

How do Annual Subscriptions work? Will I have access to prior year Reflective Plans to complete in the Toolkit?
Annual Subscriptions to our CPD Toolkit are valid for 1 year from the date of sign-up – so for example, if you signed up in February 2024, you would have access to your CPD Toolkit until February 2025 when the next renewal payment will be processed.
You will therefore also have access to both the 2024 and 2025 Reflective Plans and can switch between the 2 years at your convenience once we have loaded the 2025 year in January 2025.
You can access and complete any prior year Reflective Plan in the Toolkit via an in-app purchase of R495 per prior year – which is over 50% off the regular Annual Subscription price!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Does the Reflective Plan Toolkit™ work on mobile?
The Toolkit is currently NOT mobile-responsive and works best in a web browser, preferable Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

How do I download the Widget?
A download link to the Widget will be sent to you via email after purchase of the Reflective Plan Toolkit™.
Alternatively, you can use the direct download link from the Toolkit Dashboard too.

How often are the listed jobs updated?
Listed jobs are updated every Wednesday and Sunday.

How often is the FREE CPD Newsletter sent out?
We send out our email newsletter once a week.
What kind of content will I find inside the newsletter?
We compile quality content from around the web on topics which specifically relate to the Competencies as defined in SAICA’s new CPD policy – see here for a list of the competencies.
This is to assist our Reflective Plan Toolkit™ subscribers in adding self-study activities relating to their outstanding competencies directly to their Reflective Plan using our Widget.
The newsletter is thus catered primarily towards assisting CA(SA) subscribers to the Reflective Plan Toolkit™ with completing activities for their identified learning areas – however, the content relates to a variety of topics and is definitely good reading.

You can make the selection in the survey sent to yourself accordingly if you were successful.
How do referral / discount codes work?
We are currently running a Referral program where each annual subscriber to the Reflective Plan Toolkit™ will receive a unique referral code to share with a fellow CA(SA).
If the CA(SA) you have referred uses your unique referral code for an annual subscription to the Reflective Plan Toolkit™, they will receive a 10% discount off their current year subscription and you will automatically receive a 10% discount off your next year’s annual subscription too.
If you have received a referral / discount code from a fellow CA(SA) before signing up, please input the code on the registration form when you subscribe to receive your discount.
