Who Am I?

Muhammed Ismail Bulbulia CA(SA) is the Founder & Editor of myCAhub.
I graduated from WITS and completed my articles at Deloitte after which I launched myCAhub as a solopreneur.
In under 4 years I grew myCAhub to an active user-base of 1500+ CAs by myself.

How Does It Work?
Our 1:1 Personalised Coaching Programme runs over a 4-week sprint.
Each 4-week sprint follows the below outline:

Step 1:
The
keystone
of the entire Coaching Programme is a
Values-Based Approach.
As such, the programme will
begin with an Initial 60 - 90 minute 1:1 Coaching Session
wherein we will:
>
identify your specific Personal Values together
through conversational exercises
>
define the outcomes you would like to achieve
, both within the Programme and externally
>
map out an Action Plan
to successfully achieve those outcomes for the duration of the Programme
Step 2:
Once we have your
Plan of Action
for the 4-week sprint,
you will go out and execute.
During the Programme,
you will have direct WhatsApp access to myself
for any queries, advice or guidance - at any time.
At the end of each week,
we will have a 20-minute Check-in
Session
to assess if you are on track to meet your desired outcomes.
Essentially,
I will be your Accountability Buddy
to ensure you execute.
I won't allow you to
faf around
or
make excuses
or
lie to yourself.


Step 3:
At the
end of the 4-week sprint
, we will have a
30-minute Debrief Session.
In the debrief session we will discuss the following:
> an
honest assessment of your progress
at the end of the Programme in meeting your desired outcomes
>
future steps
with either
amendments to or continuations of your Plan of Action
>
any other final items
you would like to discuss.

FAQ:
Do I have to be a CA(SA) or Articles Trainee to book a Coaching Session?
No, anyone can book a Coaching Session – although our primary market are CAs and CA Trainees.
What if I'm unhappy?
We will refund you 100%, no questions asked.
How does payment work?
After you select your booking, you will be directed to pay a deposit of 50% online via PayFast.
Your booking will only be secured once the deposit payment has been made.
The balance of the payment is due after the Initial Coaching Session.
Is the Initial Coaching Session virtual or in-person?
If you are based in Johannesburg, we can meet for your Initial Coaching Session in-person at Melrose Arch or virtually, it’s up to you.
If you are NOT based in Johannesburg, then the Initial Coaching Session will be held virtually.
How does support work? Are you really available after-hours?
Yes, I am available after-hours, over the weekend, public holidays, whenever – you can WhatsApp me directly for guidance or assistance at any time.
Do myCAhub Members get a Discount?
Yes, current myCAhub Members receive a 20% discount off the Qualified CA(SA) price.
The discount is applied against the balance of the payment due after the Initial Coaching Session.
Is there a Discount for Repeat Sprints?
Yes – if you found the Programme useful and would like to book another Sprint, you will receive a 10% Discount off any repeat Sprints booked.
